  2. The Goods remain in their original packaging.

Please note, certain Goods are exempt from return, including:

  • Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
  • Unsealed items for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Items inseparably mixed with others post-delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the above criteria at our discretion.

Refunds apply to regular-priced Goods, and even our sale items are eligible for refund, making your satisfaction our priority.
